Waste my time and money

The good news: the growth on the lining of my eye shrunk.
The bad news: it's still there. -.-"
And so i went for the follow-up appointment for the eye surgery which i had 3 weeks ago.
Today's appointment was a waste of time and money.
While waiting for my turn, another doctor dragged me into the "refraction room" to test my eyesight because apparently, my shortsightedness got worse.
And then when i went to see the doctor for my "mini tumour" problem, the doctor just asked me a few questions, checked on the tiny growth and then arranged for a another day for the "excision" (ie. the surgery to slice off the growth).
"Ahh, from the picture the other doctor drew the other time, i can see that it has shrunk. BUT, it's still there."
-.-" Yes. I can see that too.
And it isn't the same doctor who attended to me the other time. I prefer the original doctor. She's friendlier, more approachable, younger, prettier.. =x The one who attended to me today was so stone-like, colder, unfriendlier and only smiles occasionally.
I seriously hope that the original doctor will perform the op on me next Friday.
So i asked "Erm, so who will be performing the procedure for me? Is it Dr Tan or you?"
"Hmm, Dr Tan is a consultant, she'll be around. And i'll be around too."
"So, it's either one of you two?"
"Yes."

And yah. I forgot to ask about the "prescription" (if that's what you call it) for my eyesight test after going through the whole eyesight check.
Sigh. It's gonna be another week of worrying for me. |
