Should i..?
9:21 AM
Now i'm with Singtel..

Good: Got free caller ID, paying only $21 cos of the loyalty thingy, reception still not too bad. Bad: Too little SMS, too little free talktime.
SHOULD I..?
Switch to Starhub..

Good: All day free incoming, 1000 free SMS if i'm a student, per second billing, convert SMS to MMS. Bad: People say the reception for Starhub is bad. Is it that bad? Caller ID is only given for 3 months, after that gotta pay extra for the service. So after the free caller ID, i've gotta pay abt close to $30 if i want caller ID.
OR
Switch to M1..

Good: Reception more reliable, 1000 free SMS if i'm a student, all day free incoming. Bad: Free calls to 3 M1 numbers (I don't know who to pick), Caller ID is also only for 3 months.
Both Starhub and M1: Registration for caller ID service is $10.50. Monthly fee is $5.25. This sucks.
-.-"
?
[EDIT]Or is this more appealing? The iOne Plus Student Promo.

Terms & Conditions
The monthly subscription is valid for 12 months only on applicable 3G price plans, and prevailing rates will apply thereafter. Promotion ends 17 February 2006. Applicable for new customers on 24-month handset contract only. A one-time registration fee of $10.50 and SIM card charge of $31.50 apply. iOne Plus Student Promotion is only applicable to students with a valid full-time student pass from government registered schools/institutions. Also open to full-time NS men. Free 1000 SMS: first bundle of 500 SMS to any local numbers, second bundle of 500 SMS apply to only SingTel numbers excluding mobile numbers from other operators which have been transferred to SingTel Mobile. †Free local incoming calls until 31 December 2007. But i think this one doesn't have caller ID also. Argh. $19.90 + $5.25 = $25.15.
Anyway, what does this part mean?
The monthly subscription is valid for 12 months only on applicable 3G price plans, and prevailing rates will apply thereafter. What 3G price plan thingy? Does it mean the $19.90 price is just for 1 year. Then after that i have to pay the usual price of $25.20 for the remaining year?
zz, think i better go Singtel to check it out.[/EDIT] |
